Glass Repair & Replacement Warranty
United Auto Glass LLC is confident that every service performed by our certified technicians will be completed safely and properly to your satisfaction. We stand behind our workmanship with a lifetime warranty, though some restrictions apply. For coverage under this warranty, the work must be performed by United Auto Glass LLC within our service area, and materials are subject to the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Rock Chip Repair Warranty
Because numerous factors can affect a windshield’s rock chip repair, it’s unfortunately impossible to guarantee the success of any small crack or rock chip repair. If the repair continues to crack or is unsatisfactory for any reason, we will apply the amount paid for the repair toward the purchase of a new windshield installed by United Auto Glass LLC.
Please note: The new windshield must be purchased from and replaced by United Auto Glass LLC. If your insurance company originally paid for the repair, the credit will be applied to the amount due from your insurance company for the windshield replacement. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies as long as you own the vehicle on which the repair was performed. In some cases, attempting the repair may cause the rock chip to enlarge. In such instances, United Auto Glass LLC cannot be held responsible for the damage, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay or meet the insurance deductible for the windshield replacement.
